How is this program set up?

This program is set up much like an online college course with an online portal giving access to all of the program materials. It is simple and easy to navigate. All of the program materials are downloadable, so that you can print them off.

This program is completely self-led. 

How long should this program last?

The beauty of this program format is that you can go at your own pace. However, I recommend completing this program within 4-6 weeks to see the most progress and get the most benefit. Depending on what your current lifestyle and capacity is, it may take more or less time to implement the nutrition and lifestyle protocols.

I live outside the state of Iowa. Am I still able to participate?
